Anyone living in or visiting Malaysia — from someone renewing a passport for the first time, to a tourist figuring out how to get from Ipoh to a small town that isn't on any map, to a family trying to find a trustworthy elder care option nearby. The bar for every page is the same: would this make sense and actually help someone anywhere from age 12 to 80?
Content is researched and verified where possible, and clearly marked when it isn't — you'll see notes like "not independently verified" or "verify before publishing" throughout the site rather than confident-sounding guesses. Where we don't have a specific answer, we say so and point you to the right place to check instead of inventing one.
